Pickup Information
Pickup Window
Winning bidders have 5 business days after auction close to pick up their items. Pickup is available Monday through Saturday during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). No appointment is necessary.
What to Bring
Please bring a valid photo ID and your auction confirmation email or receipt. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, they will need a signed authorization letter along with a copy of your ID.
Loading Assistance
Our staff will help you load purchased items into your vehicle. We recommend bringing a truck, SUV, or trailer for larger pieces. Blankets and tie-downs are recommended to protect your furniture during transport.
Storage Policy
Items not picked up within the 5-day window may be subject to a daily storage fee. After 10 business days, unclaimed items may be forfeited. Contact us if you need to arrange an extension.
