Pickup Information
Pickup Window
Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, by appointment only. Please schedule your pickup after winning your auction. If you show up without an appointment, expect a wait.
What to Bring
First-time buyers, please bring a valid photo ID along with your auction confirmation email or receipt. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, they will need a signed authorization letter along with a copy of your ID.
Loading Assistance
Our staff will help you load purchased items into your vehicle. We recommend bringing a truck, SUV, or trailer for larger pieces. Blankets and tie-downs are recommended to protect your items during transport.
Storage Policy
Items not picked up within the 5-day window may be subject to a daily storage fee. After 10 business days, unclaimed items may be forfeited. Contact us if you need to arrange an extension.
