Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. Please review all item details, photos, and descriptions carefully before submitting your bid.

A 16% buyer's premium and 7.0% sales tax will be added to all sales.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

NO checks and NO American Express.

If your card is declined, you have approximately 3 days to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from further bidding with our company.

Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. River City Furniture Auction will call you to schedule your pickup time. Please call or email to confirm.

Our employees are happy to gather your items together and can carry larger merchandise to your vehicle.

All items must be picked up within 14 days of the auction close date, or your items will be forfeited. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pickup in a timely manner.

Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring all items on the invoice are loaded into the vehicle. There will be NO refunds for items that are relisted and sold.

A $10.00 per item per day fee will also incur for late pickups.

Dallas and Houston are shipping-only locations. Items are shipped directly to your door.

NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final.

With this said, our team wants you as a valued customer to be happy! We are here to work with you if you get a product that was not pictured correctly or damaged.

Customers have 14 days after the auction closes to alert River City Auctions local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as "New".

All "Store Return" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given for "Store Return" items.

River City Furniture Auction does not place reserve prices on items offered for sale. All items are sold to the highest bidder, regardless of final price.

River City Furniture Auction reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw any item from the auction at any time if the item is discovered to have been listed in error, contains inaccurate or misleading information, or is otherwise determined to be inappropriate for sale.

By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive marketing and non-marketing text messages from River City Furniture Auction, including SMS or MMS text messages made with an auto dialer, at the mobile number you provide. These messages can be recurring.
