Users must be 18 years or older to register and participate in auctions.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

River City Furniture Auction operates online auctions where users place bids on items listed on the website.

By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bids are binding and legally enforceable offers to purchase
• If you are the winning bidder, you are obligated to complete the purchase
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or permanent banning

We reserve the right to cancel bids, suspend accounts, or remove listings at our discretion.

Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified on the auction invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit or debit cards
• Online payment processors
• Other methods listed on the website

By submitting payment information, you authorize River City Furniture Auction and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Cancellation of the order
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Future bidding restrictions
• Collection efforts or legal action where applicable

By participating in auctions and completing purchases through our platform, you agree that:

• Winning bids constitute a legally binding purchase agreement
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without valid cause may be considered fraud

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your account may be immediately suspended
• Future bidding privileges may be revoked
• The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, including fees and administrative costs

You agree that disputes must first be submitted to our support team before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

Items are listed in one of three conditions:

• New — Brand new, unused items
• Like New — Minimal to no signs of wear
• Used/Store Return — Previously used or returned merchandise, sold as-is

Used/Store Return items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

For items listed as New or Like New, if the item is not as described, buyers have 5 days from delivery or pickup to contact us for a refund.

Important: Approximately 98% of listing photos are stock images, not live photos. It is the buyer's responsibility to read item descriptions carefully before placing bids, as the description reflects the actual condition of the item.

Winning bidders must pick up items during the designated pickup window provided on their invoice.

Failure to retrieve items within the pickup period may result in:

• Storage fees
• Order cancellation
• Forfeiture of purchased items without refund

We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed items after the pickup deadline.

Certain auctions may offer shipping services. Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Shipping availability may vary depending on item size, weight, and auction location.

To protect the integrity of our marketplace, we may:

• Verify bidder identities
• Monitor bidding activity
• Investigate suspicious transactions

We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of auctions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion for:

• Non-payment
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms

Users may not create new accounts to circumvent a suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, River City Furniture Auction and Dealio LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Delays or service interruptions

Our total liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the item involved in the dispute.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

All content on the website, including logos, images, text, and software, is the property of River City Furniture Auction or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
